Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT/MRI Technologist to join our imaging team. As a CT/MRI Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. This position is an essential part of our healthcare facility and requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to patient care.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Operate CT and MRI equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
- Prepare and position patients for scans, taking into consideration their medical history and specific needs.
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain image quality.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain relevant patient information and ensure accurate scans.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures performed.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of imaging equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in CT and MRI imaging.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Lift and position patients, which may require physical strength.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching to operate equipment and position patients.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
Current ARRT certification in Radiography.
CT and MRI certification is required.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to patient care.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Current ARRT certification in Radiography.
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
Must meet any additional state-specific requirements.
