Job Title: Social Worker (LMSW) - Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker with a passion for supporting the mental health and well-being of infants and young children? We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team specializing in Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health. In this role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of infants and young children to identify mental health needs and concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Provide evidence-based counseling and therapeutic services to children and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, educators, and community resources to ensure holistic care.
- Advocate for children and families to access appropriate mental health services and resources.
- Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote awareness of early childhood mental health.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of early childhood mental health.
This is a home-based position.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
State licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
Specialization or certification in Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health preferred.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in early childhood mental health.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to maintaining strict client confidentiality.
Certification Requirements:
Certification in Infant Mental Health (IMH-E® or equivalent).
Certification as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) or similar.
State License Requirements:
Candidates must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Additional state-specific licensing requirements may apply.
Additional License Requirements:
Candidates should be aware of any additional state-specific license or certification requirements that may be necessary to practice in their jurisdiction.
