Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Perform ultrasound examinations on patients as prescribed by physicians.

  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and ensure their comfort.

  • Record and analyze ultrasound images and data, preparing reports for physicians.

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Requirements:

  • Certification Requirements:
    • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification.

    • Current CPR/BLS certification.

    • State licensure as required by the region.

    • Applicant must be registered with ARDMS or CCI for VASCULAR ultrasound.

    • Vascular Certification
