A global biotech company is seeking a Medical Affairs Operations Manager to drive global launch preparation and clinical adoption activities for Companion Diagnostics, predominantly in the areas of Oncology and Pathology. Responsibilities include developing and managing project timelines, assigning tasks, tracking resources, and ensuring schedules align with delivery goals. The Medical Affairs Manager will work in cross-functional squads and teams, oversee projects from initiation through completion, monitor progress, budget, and expenditures to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of global launch preparation and clinical adoption activities for Companion Diagnostics, primarily in Oncology and Pathology.
- Develop Medical Affairs strategies, including Integrated Evidence Plans and Tactical Plans.
- Prepare and execute medical education programs and webinars, as well as scientific end-user training (including for pathologists).
- Support Clinical Operations in preparing and executing Testing Access and Readiness Programs (TARPs) and Early Access Programs (EAPs).
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Scientific Communications subchapter members in planning, communicating, and preparing for key internal and external events (e.g., congresses, scientific symposia, advisory boards, Global CDMA or Medical Affairs meetings), and provide guidance on appropriate event formats (in-person, virtual, or hybrid).
- Support KOL profiling and management activities, including sharing information with affiliates.
- Provide guidance and support for the communication and dissemination of medical education materials internally and externally.
- Support content preparation for gSites, external web pages, dashboards, newsletters, and posts, and adopt new communication channels such as social media campaigns.
- Prepare, manage, and track contracts and HCP interactions, including payments and invoices.
- Prepare, manage, and track MA-specific OKR and KPI reporting and operational dashboards.
- Assess and build relationships with preferred vendors to ensure the highest quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of related experience within diagnostics, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, project management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Experience in the field of Oncology and Pathology (preferred)
- Experience in agile methodologies or agile facilitation or coaching (preferred)
