As a Content Specialist in SRKK Group, you will be a part of the marketing team and will be working closely with division leaders to develop engaging contents across various platforms with the responsibility of creating effective content marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who is a creative storyteller; constantly learning with a growth mindset, loves to do research, and possess excellent knowledge of consumer and social media trends.

In addition, the ideal candidate should have deep understanding on how search engine optimization (SEO) works and proactive in monitoring consumer and content metrics.

As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and design team to ideate and define content goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and each division leaders to develop engaging and appealing content that effectively reaches the desired target audience and marketing goals.
  • Create highly relevant and engaging contents for audiences across all platforms (i.e., Blogs, thought leadership articles, features stories, copy for company websites or landing pages, social media, press, case studies, marketing collaterals, etc.)
  • Plan, strategise and manage the editorial and social media calendar for different business divisions and ensure that content is consistently posted across various platforms in a timely manner.
  • Track consumer and content analytics and generate reports for presentations.
  • Assist the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks such as proofreading, enhancing writing styles, and ensuring the right brand languages.

Aside from the above, you are highly encouraged to apply if you meet the following:

  • Bachelor of Degree in English/Communications/Marketing or related field
  • Have 2 to 3 years' experience producing editorial contents.
  • Must possess at least 1 year of experience in Business communication and writing.
  • Journalism/Media experience is a plus.
  • Have a portfolio of published work.
  • Exceptional and excellent command of the English language with good verbal and writing skills.
  • Proficient copywriting skills.
  • Experience working with different formats of content.
  • Attention to detail and deadline oriented with proven ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A fast learner and have good subject matter understanding Familiar with current communication trends and able to understand the subject/theme/field of the content to be able to write about the content.
  • Knowledgeable in IT industry and various technologies is an added advantage.
  • Self-starter and a team player that adds value to brainstorming sessions.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office and social medias.
