Procurement Executive
About the job Procurement Executive
Support the Brands` marketing & Operations functions through sourcing initiatives to obtain the right product and at the best whilst secondarily monitoring stock levels to ensure availability.
Major Duties :
- Run Daliy Stock reports for stock monitoring
- Ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure products are of the right quality.
- Liasie with QA/NPD and Marketing for new products development.
- Sorucing for new products; expand source base ( alternative sources).
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best price
- Liaise with suppliers on product specifications & quality issues.
- Ensuring Halalcertification on all raw materials.
- Collaborate with planning Team for PO Issuance.
- Matching invoice and PO.
Job Requirements :
- Min Degree in Business Administration or management (with procurement as a subject), Economics.
- Preferably with at least 1 years of working experience in FMCG.
- Able to work in a thriving and fast paced environment.
- Wiling to put in the efforts and hours for excellence driving
- High team collaboration spirit and great team player.
