This role is based in either Salt Lake City, UT or New York, NY.

Expectations
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing a team
  • Experience in call centers + outbound call campaigns
  • Data-driven
  • Willingness and ability to help us build the SLC or NY office team 
  • Experience in cold outreach / cold calling (i.e., sales, political campaigns, or hospitality)
  • Experience with Salesforce, SQL (preferred)
  • Health tech experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual: English, Spanish (preferred)
