About the job Operations Manager - Engagement
This role is based in either Salt Lake City, UT or New York, NY.
Expectations
- Minimum 5 years experience managing a team
- Experience in call centers + outbound call campaigns
- Data-driven
- Willingness and ability to help us build the SLC or NY office team
- Experience in cold outreach / cold calling (i.e., sales, political campaigns, or hospitality)
- Experience with Salesforce, SQL (preferred)
- Health tech experience (preferred)
- Bilingual: English, Spanish (preferred)
