Job Description
You will be working as a Digital Product Manager focused on executing the omnichannel digital strategy. Your top skills will be utilized to drive the e-commerce business.
- Work with different stakeholders like store operators, operations, marketing, and the technical team to drive the program
- Flawless execution and focus on improving customer experience at each touchpoint
- You must love data and be customer UI Centric
You will be reporting to the Director of Product Management.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- As a Digital Sr. Product Manager you will partner directly with multiple teams
- Partner with UX, BAs, the Development Team, and Business partners as appropriate to create business requirements, user flows, and use cases
- Conduct usability testing
- You will drive the e-commerce business, agile development process to deliver new features and functionality, identifying and measuring key metrics to ensure a best in class customer experience across our web application
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to inform product strategy and pipeline development
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria and groom stories with developers and designers
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelors / Undergraduate Degree in a related field
- 2+ years of product management experience in an E-commerce company
- Oracle ATG e-commerce platform experience or similar (Magento, Shopify, Salesforce B2C etc), building omnichannel platform products
- Experience working in a retail industry
- Experience working with Technical Development Engineers
- Exposure to UX / HCI best practices
- Exposure to customer site analytics and important KPIs
- Energetic and customer-centric
- Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in robust project management software such as JIRA, and Confluence
