Expectations

  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of Oracle APEX experience (form creation/modification/workflows, etc.)
  • Expertise in Oracle SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Understanding of Oracle DBA functions
  • Experience with Javascript/VBScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Proficiency including Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Office, and Team Foundation Server
  • Experience with VBA macros
  • Must be a US resident and US citizen or Green Cardholder

Job Description

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of internally developed systems that support the management of workflows. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing software solutions that support the company’s business needs and objectives
  • Creating and developing functional requirements
  • Developing code that is modular and reusable to ensure that the system can be scaled up and interfaced with other systems
  • Integrating internal and external systems as required. Creating and sending deployment plan messages to employees of the company.
  • Accurately forecast when a requested feature will be ready for production
  • Run product backlog meetings for software projects
  • Metrics and reporting
  • Debug and trace reported problems to determine the root cause of issues independently
