Accounts Payable Specialist (On-Site)

We're Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist | Atlanta, GA (On-site)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Vinings Area)
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Overtime as needed

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to join a growing company that values precision, collaboration, and accountability? Were searching for a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to support our finance team in handling full-cycle AP responsibilities and vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Research and resolve outstanding account balances
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments
Prepare checks and enter payments into the accounting system
Assist with month-end journal entries and ad hoc reporting
Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
Prepare and distribute annual 1099s
Support special projects and help train new team members

Qualifications:
4+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience (5+ years preferred)
High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree in Accounting preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must live within a commutable distance to Atlanta, GA
Reliable transportation required
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Experience with Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) is a plus
