About the job Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: This position serves customers by providing information regarding the Company'ss service offerings and products as well as resolving customer complaints.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers either in-person or via telephone to provide information about products and services; make suggestions about other products and services the Company offers.
  • Keep up to date of product line, prices, installation time, various marketing, and promotional services.
  • Opens Customer accounts by recording information.
  • Process new service application for phone and/or internet.
  • Maintains Customer records by updating account information.
  • Work front counter taking payments occasionally.
  • Maintain records in Company software billing system of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Resolve customer billing or service complaints.
  • Check and respond to emails concerning service inquiries sent from the company website.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma; a minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
