Salary: $100,000 $110,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q), including XBRL tagging

• Ensure accuracy of quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS

• Perform financial statement and variance analysis

• Prepare internal reports, government surveys, and compliance documentation

• Support external audits and quarterly reviews

• Research and document technical accounting issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, with both public and private SEC experience

• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workiva is a plus
