Accounting Manager / Staff Accountant
Location: Eatonton, GA
Compensation: $65,000 $80,000 + Medical + PTO
Work Environment: On-site | Family-Owned Manufacturing Business

A well-established, family-owned marble fabrication company in Eatonton, GA is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager / Staff Accountant to manage all accounting operations in-house. This is a hands-on role ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented professional with experience in manufacturing or fabrication settings.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting functions 

• AP/AR, general ledgers, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare and analyze financial reports

• Manage payroll and vendor relations

• Support business owners with financial strategy and reporting

• Maintain records in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting experience

• Ideally in a manufacturing or 

  fabrication environment

• Associates degree or higher in Accounting or related field

• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting

• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar systems preferred

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with ownership
