Salary: Up to $120,000 + Bonus + 3 Weeks PTO

Overview
A growing professional services organization is seeking a hands-on, team-oriented Accounting Manager to support continued expansion. This is a highly visible role responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and partnering closely with leadership to drive business performance.

Position Summary
The Accounting Manager will lead core accounting functions, manage the month-end close process, and leverage Sage Intacct to enhance efficiency and scalability. This role requires a resourceful, independent professional who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting

  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls and accounting standards

  • Utilize Sage Intacct to manage and improve accounting processes

  • Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making

  • Develop, mentor, and collaborate with accounting team members

  • Leverage advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Proven experience in a hands-on accounting leadership role

  • Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
