We are partnering with a large, well-established financial services organization supporting a rapidly growing, multi-billion-dollar auto lending platform. This Senior Financial Analyst role offers high visibility, strong business partnership, and the opportunity to influence financial strategy during a critical growth phase.
This position sits within FP&A and will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and executive decision support.
Salary: $110,000 base salary plus potential bonus opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making
- Partner with Accounting and business leaders to support the month-end close process
- Develop and maintain rolling 12-month forecasts based on close results and operational trends
- Support annual budget cycles and periodic re-forecasts
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to cross-functional business partners
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation, templates, and process enhancements
- Reconcile general ledger data to sub-ledger and system reporting
- Build executive-level presentations, dashboards, and financial models
- Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis as needed
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Corporate Accounting
- Advanced Excel skills required, including Power Query and Power Pivot
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must live near Atlanta
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- Experience within auto finance, lending, or financial services industries
- Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
- SQL query experience preferred
- Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and perform under pressure
