Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Sales Executive to join our fully remote national sales team. This role focuses on new client acquisition across Enterprise and Mid-Market organizations, expanding our staffing services portfolio including direct hire, contingent staffing, and MSP solutions. The ideal candidate is a hunter, skilled at building relationships and driving business growth across the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients, including Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to client onboarding
- Navigate complex sales processes, influencing decision-makers across multiple levels
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
- Expand the ReflikOne Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire) as well as Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing services
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.) to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients
- Proven success acquiring new clients in staffing or managed services
- 35 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, or VMS is a plus
- Well-connected within the Talent Ecosystem community, including TA, Procurement, MSP, and CW Program leaders
- Strong established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, and Engineering
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated to drive results
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Bachelors degree required
- Ability to travel 23 times per year for industry conferences
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must reside in the United States
Work Environment
Fully remote U.S.-based role with occasional travel for industry events and conferences. The position requires a proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships independently.
