Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Schedule Planner to support critical materials and production planning functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating the flow of materials to ensure seamless production schedules, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role with high visibility on the shop floor and direct impact on the success of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the flow of materials to support production, service parts, and inter-facility needs.
  • Develop, adjust, and execute efficient production schedules based on shifting priorities and lead times.
  • Use SAP-PP to maintain accurate scheduling data and support material planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve delays and ensure materials are in place to meet deadlines.
  • Utilize legacy systems like CWIS to support ongoing service parts operations.
  • Support change control processes and adapt material plans as updates occur.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as supply chain, operations, or business management.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is a plus.
  • Recent graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working on your feet on shop floor (up to 90% of the time).

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with SAP-PP or other ERP systems.
  • Exposure to legacy systems such as CWIS.
  • Understanding of change control and production planning processes.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or materials planning roles.

Additional Information

  • Onsite interviews will be required; business casual attire is expected.
  • Candidates must bring or be prepared to use metatarsal foot protection on their first day.
  • This position may involve driving a company vehicle (e.g., a utility cart) on the shop floor after completing required safety training.
  • Start time between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM
  • Overtime may be required, including extended weekday hours or weekend work. Flexibility for off-shift support is expected as needed.
