Learning and Communications Specialist

Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Communications Specialist to lead the development and delivery of employee training and internal communications. This role blends instructional design, content development, and strategic messaging to enhance workforce knowledge, technology adoption, and productivity. You'll partner across departments to craft engaging learning programs and communication strategies that support key business initiatives and cultural alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver interactive training programs that enhance employee understanding of technology, productivity tools, and systems.

• Instructional Content Creation: Research, write, and adapt high-quality training materials across various domains such as technical, marketing, management, and sales.

• Engaging Learning Tools: Build and maintain effective training aids, simulations, classroom activities, and hands-on practice exercises to support learning outcomes.

• Program Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training sessions and materials; continuously improve based on feedback and evolving needs.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Product, and Communications teams to align content with current initiatives and technologies.

• Strategic Communication: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure timely and relevant messaging for internal audiences.

• Multimedia Content Development: Create impactful communications using various formats written, video, visual, and digital media to promote key business changes, updates, or events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills with strong command of grammar and tone.

• Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development rooted in adult learning theory.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office 365, Power Platform, and familiarity with Copilot a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and stakeholder groups.
