Supply Management Specialist

Summary:
We are looking for a detail-driven Supply Management Specialist to support our Operations and Financial Planning (OFP) team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong supplier relationships, optimizing the supply chain, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials and components. The ideal candidate is analytical, communicative, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze procurement and inventory data using SAP or similar systems to inform decision-making.
• Prepare and manage reports using intermediate Excel functions for tracking performance and forecasting.
• Coordinate quarterly supplier visits, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and operational goals.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and suppliers to support timely issue resolution and information sharing.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in supply management or procurement.
• At least 6 months of experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to supplier sites as needed.
