Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Management Specialist to join our team in a 100% onsite role. This position plays a key role in maintaining the flow of materials by managing supplier communication, analyzing critical shortages, and ensuring purchase orders are executed accurately. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, manufacturing-focused environment and bring strong analytical and organizational skills to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze critical shortage reports and prioritize shipments accordingly
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply
• Align supplier shipments with SAP scheduling to meet production needs
• Execute standard supply management workflows to support operational success
• Generate purchase orders and manage part parameters for assigned suppliers

Qualifications:

• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and supply chain principles
• SAP experience is highly preferred, though not required

Work Schedule:

• 100% onsite
• 1st shift with flexible start time (between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM)
