Product Engineer - Mechanical Systems

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Engineer in Mechanical Systems to join our team supporting design and production improvements for the Windrower Platform product line. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level engineer with a mechanical or agricultural engineering background to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, improve, and validate design solutions that enhance product performance, cost-efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on design and production support for mechanical systems on the Windrower Platform.
• Troubleshoot engineering issues in real-time on the production line.
• Evaluate and propose design solutions focused on enhancing cost, quality, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain and manufacturing engineers.
• Interpret and apply engineering specifications to resolve routine technical problems.
• Support test planning for product verification and validation of design modifications.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as Creo or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a team environment.
• A willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to support production schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with product verification and validation processes.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Exposure to assembly line operations, weld processes, and related documentation.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related discipline.
