Product Engineer - Engine Systems

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Product Development Engineer Engine Systems & Continuous Improvement to join our high-performing team focused on enhancing diesel engine and aftertreatment system design, diagnostics, and continuous improvement initiatives. In this dynamic role, you'll support and lead product development efforts from concept through implementation, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on technical work, CAD modeling, problem-solving, and data-driven analysis ideal for individuals passionate about innovation and continuous product enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of diesel engine components and aftertreatment systems
• Lead and contribute to engineering projects with a focus on product improvement and root cause analysis
• Perform diagnostics and failure analysis to improve system reliability and performance
• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using Creo; apply GD&T standards
• Coordinate part release and workflow processes to ensure timely project execution
• Organize and document engineering processes and findings with precision
• Post-process and analyze data to support product improvements and strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across all levels

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Data Analytics (candidates from either background will be considered)
• 1+ years experience in engine design, diagnostics, and performance (diesel experience preferred)
• 1+ years experience using Creo or equivalent CAD software
• Working knowledge of GD&T and part release workflows
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience working with diverse teams in a collaborative environment
• Entry-level candidates with strong academic and project-based experience are encouraged to apply
