Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to support user experience efforts across high-impact digital products. This role involves driving research initiatives that uncover insights into usability, user behavior, adoption, and product value. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape user-centric solutions and improve overall product experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product teams to identify key research questions, user assumptions, and design risks
  • Develop and execute comprehensive research plans focused on ease of use, feature awareness, onboarding, and adoption
  • Conduct field research with users, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and present actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Help shape product strategies by advocating for user needs and experience metrics
  • Travel regionally to meet with customers and conduct research in real-world settings

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience designing, conducting, and analyzing UX research
  • 4+ years of experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, software, marketing, business)
  • 3+ years of experience clearly communicating research findings, methodologies, and user insights to diverse audiences
  • 3+ years of experience working within product development lifecycles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong ability to advocate for user experience and influence product design decisions
  • Experience with discovery research and measurement of user experience metrics
  • Familiarity with equipment, tools, or systems in agriculture or construction industries

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Location
This is an onsite role based in Urbandale, Iowa. Candidates will need to reside within commuting distance and be open to occasional regional travel.
