About the job Supply Management Planner
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Management Planner to join our service parts team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of service parts by managing supplier performance, inventory tools, and logistics metrics. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of driving results through collaboration with supply chain stakeholders and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Parts Delivery Management: Ensure timely parts delivery by using supply chain platforms such as SPERT, ZMDelinq, and SAP-based tools.

Supplier Collaboration: Partner closely with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts to manage part availability and resolve issues.

Metrics Oversight: Monitor and act on key performance indicators such as Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, FLASH/Backorder Cycle Time, and Past Due Orders.

Issue Resolution: Identify supply chain bottlenecks and support the implementation of corrective actions.

Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear communication with internal teams and provide regular updates on supply health and risks.
Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of planning, logistics, or supply chain experience

Recent graduates with strong analytical and coordination skills will also be considered
Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data tracking)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Quick learner with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Nice to Have

Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems

Familiarity with service parts planning or inventory management platforms (e.g., SPERT, ZMDelinq, Lights)

Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or supply chain environment
