Supply Management Planner

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Supply Management Planner to join our dynamic team focused on service parts fulfillment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that customers receive the parts they need on time and without disruption by coordinating supply chain activities and collaborating closely with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts. Key Responsibilities

• Service Parts Coordination: Manage timely delivery of service parts using tools like SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights (SAP).

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts to align forecasts and resolve supply issues.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators such as FILL rate, On-Time Delivery, FLASH/Backorder Cycle Time, and Past Due orders.

• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify supply chain bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve part availability and delivery timelines.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics coordination, or inventory management.

• Open to recent graduates with relevant internships or academic projects.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office Suite.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Quick learner with a collaborative mindset.

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Additional Details

• Work Location: This position is onsite and may require occasional travel between local sites in Waterloo using a personal vehicle.

• Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams or in person, depending on scheduling.
