Your Responsibilities

As a Welder, you will be responsible for:

- MIG/MAG welding (Process 136 & 138)
- GMAW wire welding
- Fabrication and assembly of steel structures
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Operating manual and robotic welding equipment
- Plasma cutting
- Preparing materials
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards
- Following quality and workplace safety procedures

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

- Previous welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience with MIG/MAG and GMAW welding
- Good metalworking and assembly skills
- Strong commitment to quality
- Good safety awareness
- Teamwork skills
- Reliability and punctuality
-Must already be residing in Finland and have the legal right to work in
Finland

Salary

*Starting Salary (Onboarding Period):*
During the first 2–4 weeks, the hourly wage is approximately
€13.50–€14.20/hour, depending on the role and assigned tasks.

*After Onboarding:*
Upon successful completion of the onboarding period, employees become
eligible for the performance bonus scheme, where typical total earnings
are approximately €15.50–€18.50/hour.

*Experienced Welders:*
After approximately 4–6 months, following a competence evaluation and
demonstrated performance, typical total earnings are typically
€16.50–€19.50/hour.

*Salary progression is based on successful onboarding, demonstrated
competence, quality of work, and eligibility for the company's
performance bonus system.*
