SHIPYARD: Painter Supervisor/Foreman

We are looking for SITE SUPERVISORS for a shipyard environment (surface treatment)

We are seeking skilled and motivated site supervisors to be responsible for managing industrial surface treatment work at a shipyard. We are looking for a long-term employee who is willing to commit to the role and develop professionally. The job location is negotiable, but primarily Helsinki or Pori.

Job Description

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and scheduling surface treatment work

• Supervising work and allocating resources

• Monitoring work quality and progress

• Taking HSE matters into account and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

You will work in close cooperation with employees, the client, and other stakeholders at the shipyard area.

We Expect You to Have

• Proficiency in English

• Experience in industrial surface treatment

• A self-directed and responsible working approach

• Good problem-solving and organizational skills

• A motivated, flexible, and goal-oriented attitude

• Good social and teamwork skills

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
