Position Overview

StaffHero is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Representative to support healthcare operations through provider coordination, scheduling support, and client communication. This role will serve as a key point of contact between healthcare practitioners, internal teams, and clients, ensuring timely communication and coordination of staffing and operational needs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and fluent in both Spanish and English. This position requires flexibility, as the schedule may vary and will include weekend coverage to support healthcare practitioners and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with healthcare practitioners, clients, and internal teams in both Spanish and English.
  • Coordinate schedules, assignments, and staffing needs for healthcare providers.
  • Provide weekend support and coordination to ensure adequate coverage and timely issue resolution.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages regarding scheduling, staffing, and operational concerns.
  • Assist with practitioner onboarding, documentation, and status updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, schedules, and staffing activities.
  • Monitor staffing needs and escalate urgent issues as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and account management teams to support client needs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of practitioner and client inquiries.
  • Support additional administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in coordination, scheduling, customer support, staffing, healthcare support, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting healthcare providers, medical offices, healthcare staffing, or healthcare operations.
  • Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, ATS platforms, or workforce management tools.
  • Previous call center, healthcare coordination, or staffing industry experience.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Work Schedule

  • Must be available to work a shifting schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Weekend coordination responsibilities with healthcare practitioners are a core function of this role
