Position Overview
StaffHero is seeking a motivated and energetic Spanish Outbound Caller to join our growing team. This role is responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, customers, leads, or healthcare professionals, gathering information, qualifying opportunities, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, fluent in both Spanish and English, and comfortable meeting daily call and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects, clients, customers, or healthcare professionals.
- Communicate professionally in both Spanish and English.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information based on campaign objectives.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, or follow-up calls when applicable.
- Follow approved call scripts while maintaining natural and engaging conversations.
- Accurately document call outcomes and customer information in CRM systems.
- Build rapport with contacts and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships through ongoing communication.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call activity and performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and operational objectives.
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, sales, or call center operations.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or call management systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, recruiting, insurance, legal, or BPO industries.
- Experience with lead generation, appointment setting, or sales outreach campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Experience working with US-based clients or customers.
