Position Overview
StaffHero is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, conversion optimization, AI, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can execute marketing initiatives, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize campaigns to generate measurable results.
You will play a key role in helping StaffHero expand its market presence, attract qualified prospects, and accelerate business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search rankings, website traffic, and online visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website content, metadata, landing pages, and technical SEO elements.
- Implement off-page SEO strategies, including backlink acquisition and digital PR initiatives.
- Monitor and improve website performance, indexing, and search visibility.
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and other digital platforms.
- Generate qualified inbound leads through organic and paid marketing efforts.
- Develop audience targeting strategies and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize for lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and marketing funnels.
Content Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Develop content strategies that support SEO, lead generation, and brand growth.
- Create and oversee blogs, case studies, email campaigns, website content, and social media initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership and recruiting teams to develop content aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all marketing channels.
AI & Marketing Innovation
- Leverage AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve content creation, research, campaign execution, and workflow automation.
- Utilize platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI technologies to increase marketing efficiency and performance.
- Identify opportunities to implement AI-powered solutions across marketing and business development initiatives.
- Stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics, including traffic, conversions, lead quality, cost per lead, and ROI.
- Build dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing performance and growth strategies.
Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments.
- Identify new channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to overall marketing and business development strategy.
- Support leadership with market intelligence and growth recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
- Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
- Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, BPO, or B2B service-based industries.
- Familiarity with content marketing and social media growth strategies.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI platforms for content creation, research, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and marketing optimization.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.
