Position Overview
StaffHero is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and promoting StaffHero's remote staffing solutions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong prospecting and closing skills, a proven track record in outbound sales, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and cold outreach to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present customized staffing solutions based on client needs and business objectives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to support client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Required
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting is required.
- Strong lead generation and pipeline management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred
- Experience selling staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, BPO, or workforce solutions.
- Knowledge of remote staffing and global workforce models.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar sales tools.
- Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses in the United States.
