Assistant Project Manager

Location: Bukit Batok

Responsibilities:-

• Plan, schedule and track project timeline.

• Day to day management of the site 

• Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment and materials on site

• Manage subcontractors on structural, architectural and M&E works 

• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, architects

Requirements:-

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years construction experience 

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Able to lead and work independently
