Job Description: Were looking for an energetic and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who thrives in a fast-paced, playful environment and is passionate about helping kids reach their fullest potential.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one physical therapy sessions under the direction of a licensed PT
- Incorporate games, obstacle courses, and imaginative play into therapeutic activities
- Support kids with gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and more
- Track progress and document sessions in a clear, timely manner
- Communicate with a dynamic team of therapists, parents, and caregivers
- Help keep our therapy gym clean, organized, and fully stocked with fun
- Participate in themed clinic days, staff challenges, and occasional dance parties.
What Were Looking For:
Licensed PTA in Texas (or eligible for licensure)
- Previous pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Positive, upbeat personality with a true love for working with children
- Creative thinker who can turn therapy into play
- Team player with great communication and documentation skills
- Flexible and adaptable in a high-energy setting
