Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate loves working with children, thinks outside the box, and is eager to make a difference through play. You'll assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy sessions in a setting that blends clinical excellence with imaginative, kid-friendly fun.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for pediatric clients
- Develop creative, functional treatment plans tailored to each child's developmental needs
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and other therapists to support carryover of skills
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in a timely manner
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and collaborative care planning
- Create an engaging and supportive environment that encourages confidence and independence
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Texas OT license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply!)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for making therapy fun and purposeful
