Requirements:

Required Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (required).

· Proven ability to manage raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods inventory.

· Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

· Comfortable working both on the production floor and in warehouse environments.

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Background in metals, aluminum, extrusion, or fabrication manufacturing.

· Experience conducting cycle counts and supporting inventory audits.

· Familiarity with barcoding and scanner-based inventory management systems.

· Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing setting and possess hands-on expertise using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to manage and execute inventory transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Maintain precise inventory records for raw materials, work in process (WIP), and finished goods using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

· Perform cycle counts and physical inventories, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

· Execute inventory transactions in D365, including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.

· Support production operations by ensuring material availability and proper inventory location management.

· Collaborate closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to maintain seamless inventory flow.

· Monitor and document material movement, lot control, and traceability requirements in compliance with company standards.

· Analyze inventory variances, identify root causes, and assist in developing corrective action plans.

· Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement efforts to enhance inventory accuracy and process efficiency.
