Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • A graduate-level degree in Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role such as Controller
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments is preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise is essential
  • Familiarity with Fishbowl is highly desirable
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and internal control frameworks
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical abilities

Day to Day Responsibilities:

As Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all finance and accounting operations at the plant. This position requires close collaboration with senior leadership, offering strategic recommendations and support to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

  • Managing customer accounts and overseeing accounts receivable and payables
  • Leading budgeting and forecasting initiatives
