Position Summary:
This is a high-impact opportunity to lead both HR and administrative operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day HR and office operations in a fast-paced environment
· Oversee all HR functions, including:
o Payroll processing
o Employee onboarding and offboarding
o Benefits administration
o Compliance with employment laws and company policies
· Maintain accurate and organized employee records
· Handle a high volume of daily phone calls and respond to employee inquiries
· Identify and resolve workplace issues proactively and independently
· Support leadership in fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture
· Recommend and implement process improvements for productivity and engagement
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting with skilled hourly labor
· Proven experience in:
o HR operations and employee relations
o Payroll and benefits administration
o HR compliance and recordkeeping
· Proficiency in Rippling HR platform (required)
· Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· High sense of urgency and attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
· Excellent communication skills, especially via phone with employees
· Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
