3+ years of experience in sales, including 1+ year in management as well.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Manufacturing, B2B, or industrial sales experience is a plus.

Day to Day Responsibilities:


Lead the Sales Team: Motivate, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent follow-through and customer satisfaction.
Develop Strategy: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives across key markets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, including high-value and global accounts.
Track Performance: Use CRM tools and sales data to monitor KPIs, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close deals that contribute to long-term business success.



Package Details

$70K base-plus commission (up to $300K if goals are met)
