Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to support and lead key process improvements in our high-tech production facility. This is an onsite role based in Anaheim, CA, where you'll be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, programming advanced machinery, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, implement, and improve scalable manufacturing processes.
· Program and support CNC lasers, press brakes, and Hurco machines using G-code.
· Utilize PEP software for production planning and scheduling.
· Collaborate with engineering, production, QA, and project management teams.
· Evaluate and implement new technologies and manufacturing equipment.
· Monitor key metrics and apply data-driven continuous improvement strategies.
· Troubleshoot equipment and resolve production issues in real-time.
· Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
· Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
· Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
· Minimum 3 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
· Proficient in programming Hurco machines and writing/editing G-code.
· Experience with CNC laser and press brake operations.
· Familiarity with PEP and ERP systems.
· Proficient in CAD/CAM software.
· Trained in AS9100, ISO, and ITAR compliance standards.
· Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
· Lean or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
