Requirements:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Strong English communication skills; Korean proficiency preferred
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP systems and SAP preferred
  • Must not have allergies to peanuts or tree nuts

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports, develop budgets, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including purchases, revenue tracking, reconciliations, and settlements
  • Oversee payroll processing and PTO administration
  • Maintain and organize financial documentation and records
  • Communicate with customers and partners to resolve payment issues and respond to financial inquiries
  • Support internal audits and regulatory compliance efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain knowledge of internal systems and ensure proper document management
  • Provide ERP system administration, including reversals and operational support.
