Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong English communication skills; Korean proficiency preferred
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems and SAP preferred
- Must not have allergies to peanuts or tree nuts
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports, develop budgets, and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including purchases, revenue tracking, reconciliations, and settlements
- Oversee payroll processing and PTO administration
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and records
- Communicate with customers and partners to resolve payment issues and respond to financial inquiries
- Support internal audits and regulatory compliance efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Maintain knowledge of internal systems and ensure proper document management
- Provide ERP system administration, including reversals and operational support.
