Products Liability Litigation Associate

Requirements:

Candidate Must have the following: Minimum 3 years of Products Liability Litigation experience within a large law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent) ; Substantial experience Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews ; Engagement with Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings ; Keen knowledge of Causation and/or failure analysis ; Ability to handle cases from start to finish.

Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired); Strong research, verbal & written communication skills, and analytic skills required ; Colorado Bar.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Representing a diverse clientele including manufacturers, distributors, and sellers.
• Assisting clients in such areas as automotive, pharma/medical devices, tech, food, and consumer goods.
• Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery.
• Managing document collection, review, and production.
• Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.
• Aiding in Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
• Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
