Responsibilities:

  • Review and confirm financial viability of research budgets
  • Ensure accurate invoicing of external stakeholders as per agreements and contracts
  • Collaborate with the Research Business Manager to maintain financial accuracy and reporting
  • Support research departments with financial management and governance processes


Skills:

  • 2-3 years of accounting experience
  • Knowledge of financial transactions in service agreements
  • Experience with Oracle or similar accounting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality


Desirable:

  • Experience in financial reporting for multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of research finance, hospital financial structures, and study-specific budgeting
  • Background in health or life sciences financial management
