Your Role As our Office Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for a broad range of administrative and operational tasks to support the day-to-day function of the business. You'll play a key role in liaising with field teams, maintaining compliance systems, managing finance-related processes, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Key Responsibilities Coordinate general office administration and support senior management Manage compliance and training records via INX Process accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks Conduct basic bookkeeping and payroll support Maintain supplier and client records Assist with document control, reporting, and procurement Provide HR , onboarding and mobilisation support as needed What We’re Looking For Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in the resource, mining or construction sector Proficiency with INX and QuickBooks Online Strong skills in bookkeeping, reconciliations , and financial data entry High attention to detail and excellent time management Confident communicator with strong organisational abilities A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously What We Offer Flexible part-time hours (ideal for work-life balance) Stable and long-term opportunity in a growing business Supportive team environment Opportunity to contribute to high-impact resource sector projects
