OTR Group – OTR, Reddy Express & Shell Card   About the role As the Senior Commercial & Network Analyst – Shell Card, you will work closely with the Shell Card leadership team, providing commercial and pricing support on strategic tenders, marketing campaigns, network development opportunities and business improvement initiatives. You will be a strategic thinker, able to synthesize information quickly, make recommendations, working to a short timeframe, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Design and management of pricing models and tools. Margin analysis and investigation of underperforming sites and customers. Network  – Negotiation of commercials terms & conditions with 3rd parties. Ownership of all data that support dealer refund system Operational Continuous Improvement  – Continually drive operational efficiencies, initiate projects, implement tools and automations to rectify functions for the Shell Card business. Project Management  – Manage large/medium size business projects with inter departmental collaboration.
