If you're highly organised, love variety in your workday, and enjoy supporting sales and event processes from start to finish, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Include: Assist the Sales and Marketing team in guiding clients through the entire sales flow – from initial enquiry, quoting, proposal development, confirmation, event handover to facilitator, invoicing, payment, and follow-up. Handle all post-event administration, including sending feedback requests, issuing final invoices, processing event commissions, and closing out accounts in Salesforce. Proactively follow up with past clients to secure repeat bookings. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, venues, clients, and colleagues to ensure successful events and foster client loyalty. Work closely with our facilitation and operations teams to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
