Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, confidently managing contracts on fit‑out and new‑build projects across the commercial, hospitality and education. You’ll partner with Project and Commercial Managers to oversee all commercial processes, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget. This opportunity is with a reputable head contractor that is well known in the industry. Location: Sydney Contract Length: TBC ABN / PAYG Key Responsibilities Administer contracts on new builds and high-end fitouts $50m+ Prepare and review variations, claims and payment schedules Maintain contract registers, correspondence logs and audit‑ready files Monitor progress payments, cost forecasts and retention releases Liaise with Project Managers, subcontractors and consultants to resolve commercial issues About You 3–5 years contract administration experience on projects up to $50m+ Strong experience in cost control, variation negotiation and risk management Proficient with Aconex, Procore or equivalent systems Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication Why This Opportunity?
