Educator -  Diploma Employment status:  Full Time or Part Time Employment arrangement:  Monday - Friday Location:  Hurlstone Park   Do you want to be part of something challenging and rewarding?  We are a privately owned Early Childhood Service in Hurlstone Park, well known within the community for providing quality care for children aged 0-5.    We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Educator who takes pride in planning creative and innovative programs for children. You will inspire, lead, mentor, and guide educators in line with the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and National Registrations, alongside relevant and innovative practices. To be considered for this role you must have: Diploma in Early Childhood and Care (as approved by ACECQA) Experience with Assessment and Rating is a must. Have a current Working with Children Check  Awareness and understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations. Practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework. Experience working with children 0 -5 years in an early education and care centre with Educational Leader Experience. Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis qualifications (as approved by ACECQA)  Ability to manage inspire, motivate, and maintain a positive learning culture within the Centre for children, for your families and for your Educator colleagues. A good understanding and awareness of cultural needs of families. Excellent communication skills to build and grow trusting relationships with colleagues and families. Believe in, appreciate, and foster a positive team spirit.   Your Role:  Develop and implement educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and staff Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment Observe and document children’s learning and development Follow all centre policies and regulatory requirements (including NQS and ACECQA standards) We offer you: You will be part of our supportive culture and have access to a qualified mentor to support your professional development and growth.
