About the Role As Operations Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our newest facility overseeing production, logistics and team performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of laundry operations in a high-volume environment Oversee production schedules, workflow planning and resource allocation Build, mentor and manage a high-performing team across production and despatch Drive a strong safety and quality culture in line with WHS and industry standards Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and performance Monitor KPIs and report on operational outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with the GM and other departments to meet service and business goals What You’ll Bring Laundry experience not necessary, fresh ideas welcome!
