About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Coordinator to be part of a dynamic team located in Adelaide CBD, South Australia.
As a Finance Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving financial excellence within our framework model. You will ensure the efficient and accurate recording of all financial transactions, helping to maintain the integrity of our financial systems.
Permanent, Monday-Friday opportunity with standard office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Recording of all internal timesheets into a master salary cost spreadsheet
Review timesheets to ensure staff are allocating hours to correct cost codes
Retrieving financial data and preparing reports for the Finance Manager to review each month in relation to recoverable costs
Ensure the applicable requirements of the Management System and Project Execution Plan are met
Responsible for ensuring all external design partner claims are processed in a timely manner on a monthly basis
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in finance coordination
Possess strong numerical and accounting knowledge (accounting qualifications preferred)
Competent in the management and operation of account software packages
Analytical and resourceful in solving problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines
