As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and organised Project Support Administrator to join our team in Arundel. Your Role at PCA Ground Engineering As the Project Support Administrator with PCA, you’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to our project teams. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and site staff to help ensure smooth coordination and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Assist with project administration including document control, reporting, and records management Maintain project registers, trackers, and schedules Coordinate project meetings, agendas, and minutes Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients as required Support procurement activities including raising POs and tracking invoices Assist in ensuring compliance with internal processes and client requirements General office and project support duties as required About You Previous experience in a project administration or office support role (construction or engineering background highly regarded) Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks Confident working both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with project management software or document control systems (advantageous) What’s on Offer Permanent full-time role based in Arundel, Gold Coast Supportive and inclusive team culture Opportunity to work on interesting and varied projects Career development and training opportunities Apply Today If you’re a highly organised individual who enjoys supporting fast-moving projects and being part of a hardworking team, we’d love to hear from you.
